TWENTY underprivileged children spent their Saturday morning learning a life skill - cycling - as part of OCBC Cycle 2016's "Teach A Child to Cycle" programme.
The children - who come from The Business Times Budding Artists Fund, Dyslexia Association of Singapore, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities, and Yu Neng Primary School - were taught the basic principles of cycling at the M Social Singapore hotel.
