AFTER the fourth round of the 2015 Business Times Corporate Golf League at Singapore Island Country Club's Island Course, it was Team Boustead who had the honour of producing the highest score of the round. Their 113-stableford points propelled them into second place with a total of 418 points after four rounds, only two behind leaders Seagull Gayatri. Bank of Singapore (OCBC) scored 101 to fall to third place with 409, Team Emerio maintained their consistency to produce 103 to be in fourth, while Team Citi had a superb 110 to rise to fifth with a total of 401 points.

Says Adrian Chu, captain of Team Boustead: "It was just one of those rare occasions where all of the stars aligned and every single member of our team performed at the same time."

He adds: "We did not want to put any major pressure on ourselves. We just wanted to enjoy the bonding and the game. Last year, in our maiden year in the BT League, our target was to not finish last! We ended up in 10th position eventually. This year, we decided to aspire a little bit more and try to better our previous position. It has been a pleasant surprise to be in the top three, so we are all pretty motivated at the moment."
