FROM the bottles of Glenfiddich beckoning you like karaoke hostesses angling for a lucrative night to the packed tables of boisterous diners, you can more or less guess the kind of crowd that patronises San Shu Gong. Namely, the kind who eat at posh fine dining places because they can afford to, but are really in their element in an elevated air conditioned Geylang zi char environment where they can gorge on Teochew fare with all-you-can-drink, no-corkage-policy booze.
