ELEVEN years after acclaimed chef Tetsuya Wakuda made his Singapore debut with Waku Ghin at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), he is set to open a new restaurant there, and to make his US debut at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.
Described as "next-level" Japanese, the two restaurants, simply named Wakuda, are a joint venture between chef Wakuda, Las Vegas Sands and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, which runs Yardbird in the Singapore integrated resort.
