Nyetimber is made from 100 per cent estate-grown grapes from vineyards spanning 260 hectares across three counties of Southern England - Sussex, Hampshire and Kent. Besides a cool climate that enables the slow ripening of grapes, Nyetimber also boasts Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs, the first woman and the first person outside of Champagne to be named "Sparkling Winemaker of the Year" at the International Wine Challenge in 2018.
