Too early to tell if it's deja vu

ASK football, basketball and tennis fans how they feel at the start of the sporting season and they are likely to be found in eager anticipation or pumped up. Formula One (F1) fans are no different.

And there were plenty of reasons for them to be more amped up than usual for last week's opening race of the season in Australia.

There were a number of rule changes: 2019 sees simpler front wings aimed at tackling the sport's biggest grievance of late - the lack of overtaking. The simpler design should, at least in theory, allow for cars to follow each other more closely, which should translate to more passing opportunities.
