Holiday Home in Niseko
Singaporeans love Niseko for its powder puff snow, and lately, its property. Singapore developers have long spotted the business potential in holiday homes, the latest being SC Global Developments. Its Setsu Niseko, a 190-unit hotel apartment residence, is conveniently located in Grand Hirafu, a few minutes' walk to the Hirafu Gondola Station.
Designed by Singapore architect Mok Wei Wei and Japanese architects Field Four and Kume Sekkei, each apartment showcases Japanese touches such as tatami rooms and shoji screens.
Residents can enjoy views of Mount Yotei to the east and Mount Annupuri to the west. The apartments range from 40 sq m studio units to three-and-four bedroom units from 141 sq m.
