Midday Boost
Had a bad morning at work and wish you could call it a day at noon? Going home may not be an option but a 90-minute quick de-stress package at Six Senses Maxwell's spa pods may help you get through the rest of the day. The session starts with an hour-long massage to loosen tight muscles, stiff necks and tense shoulders. After that, relax on a special lounger that utilises sound vibrations which claims to improve circulation and blood pressure while getting rid of stress and tension. Lastly, a light lunch is served, where you get to pick from a selection of salads packed with superfoods, and a fruit and vegetable juice. At S$135 it's the price of lunch at a fine dining restaurant, but infinitely more satisfying.
Express Destress is available at Spa Pods at Six Senses Maxwell, 2 Cook Street, from 11am to 2pm on weekdays. For reservations, call 6914 1410.
