    Wok with Man

The newly opened shared kitchen/dining concept Culture Spoon stars the Thai-inspired Wok with Man, named after chef Wyman Wong who had a successful pop up business during Circuit Breaker serving casual Thai food at the now defunct Boufe bistro. The Waku Ghin alumnus has since tied up with the same folks to serve up his own specialities and his first project since the opening is his Asian takeaway set. The S$138 set (feeds 3 to 4)includes Thai-style roast chicken, crispy roasted pork belly and Kurobuta pork sausages. Get a whiff of Bangkok with the infusion of lemongrass, coriander and basil. For that familiar som tam acidity, there's also Thai grilled pork with brussels sprouts salad with a zesty dipping sauce of lime and chilli. For a sweet ending, sister eatery Cultured Backyard offers a burnt butter bundt cake for S$58. Orders for both have to be made three days in advance and only a limited number are available.
