UOB online programme makes art more accessible

UNITED Overseas Bank (UOB) has launched an online visual arts programme to make art more accessible to people around the world.
There are five initiatives in the programme, called the UOB Art Explorer. The Art at Home initiative has a series of tutorials that guide viewers to create their own artwork at home, using materials such as colour pencils and crayons.
