IN temperate climes, winter is the time for mulled wine and hot toddies. Singapore's end-of-year season might not be as cold, but tipplers in search of a warming drink can turn to Hopscotch at Gillman Barracks, which has hot options all year round.
The industrial-chic structure of brick, metal and glass is the most recent installation by the team behind mobile bar Mixes from Mars, after previous incarnations at The Duxton Hotel and Red Dot Traffic Building.
Over multiple years and venues, one constant has been a sense of experimentation and playfulness.
