Waste not, want not
A new exhibition shows how trash can be a resource.
RATHER than see waste as something no longer useful, Pann Lim, creative director of creative agency Kinetic, hopes that more people will "see waste as a resource".
Lim says it is all about a mindset change. And he hopes to inspire people to see things his way, with a new exhibition titled The Waste Refinery.
Kinetic invited local and overseas designers and collaborators to showcase how waste can be turned into useful items. The works featured are a mix of upcycled products some of which are available for sale, as well as art pieces made from waste.
