The Vintage Rally Healy Chronograph, in a limited edition of 2,888 pieces, is the product of Frederique Constant's tie-up with Austin Healey - and a celebration of its automobiles. Frederique Constant has been in collaboration with the British sports car maker for 14 years, with the watch brand sponsoring and playing official timekeeper at Austin Healey's vintage car rallies.

Both share the values of craftsmanship and high precision. The classic and sporty look of the Vintage Rally Healey Chronograph, powered by an automatic movement, is shaped by the aesthetics of classic automobiles, their elegant curves and design.

Jaeger-LeCoultre marks its 185th anniversary by rolling out the Reverso Tribute Tourbillon Duoface in a limited edition of 50 timepieces, bringing together for the first time the flying tourbillon and Duoface concept in one model. A single watch that offers two time zones on two separate dials is at the heart of this timepiece, powered by a new hand-wound movement. But the Reverso Tribute is also a technical feat in which an ingenious ball-bearing system is used to maintain the tourbillon's moving carriage and its sprung balance, while still offering the freedom to express oneself fully on the back of the watch.

The Duoface has been totally revamped to provide an entirely new layout for the various components to fit into a mere 9.15mm platinum case. The Reverso Tribute's design is based on Art Deco, the same that has characterised the Reverso model since its creation in 1931.

Putting a date display in the watch was a milestone in the 1950s. Indeed, Tissot celebrated its centenary during the period by launching timepieces with dates. These watches are now the inspiration for the Tissot Visodate Quartz watches (S$450 to S$540), which were unveiled in mid-August when the brand opened a boutique at Marina Bay Sands.

The direct translation of "Viso" and "date" is to "see the date". The new Heritage Visodate Quartz collection presents this feature - the integration of a date display into the watch mechanism - in eye-catching contemporary designs. Both the dial and sapphire glass of the watches are built to showcase clearly the visible date.

Glashutte Original's Senator Cosmopolite first appeared in 2015 in red and white gold. This travel timepiece, featuring minimalistic design and a sophisticated time-zone mechanism, is now available in stainless steel. The watch displays the time at home and destination in each of the 35 world time zones. You can see the time of day in two time zones at once without having to make any calculations.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 Manchester United, with the British football club team's striking red colour rubber strap, is one of two new models launched to mark the Red Devils' tour of the United States this summer. The other, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 United Manchester, is a football-inspired quartz chronograph. The sporty TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 chronograph is fitted with an automatic movement, housed in a 43mm steel case. It has a distinctly modern, contemporary design which boasts a skeleton dial. Manchester United's distinctive red colour takes centre stage. This is featured on the flange with 60-second scale, the TAG Heuer shield at 12 o'clock, the hands and, of course, the strap.
