The Novotel Singapore on Stevens believes so, which is why it's introducing new vegan options to its regular menus. Its scrambled 'eggs' are made from JUST Eggs - comprising mung beans, turmeric and canola oil, with more protein and iron than regular eggs. Beyond Meat - comprising pea protein and canola oil - as well as the similar pea-based Omnipork, are served in the form of burgers at the restaurant Winestone or stir-fried with Thai basil in the hotel's all day dining eatery. Who knows - you might just be a convert.
