Dreamhers comes to Singapore
INDEED, Zenith has been a strong advocate of women’s issues and women’s empowerment through what it calls the Zenith Horiz-On initiative.
The latest project on its calendar is the Zenith Dreamhers Project, a campaign celebrating visionary and trailblazing women from all over the world.
Inaugurated in 2020, it builds towards a unique platform called Meet the Dreamhers that invites independent and inspirational women to share their achievements, hopes and dreams.
The first Zenith Meet the Dreamhers summit took place last year in Madrid, introducing nine modern inspirational women through a panel discussing inclusivity and equal rights in the 21st century.
They included contemporary artist Teresa Cuevas, chef Amandine Chaignot, ballerina Precious Adams, actress and climate activist Song Jia, as well as model, actress and wellness advocate, Singapore’s very own Sheila Sim.
After Madrid, the second Meet the Dreamhers event was held in Singapore this year on Oct 12 at CHIJMES, and it introduced a new group of Zenith Dreamhers.
In addition to Sim, Japanese actress Chiaki Horan, Extreme E racer Catie Munnings, health and wellness coach Melody Hsu, violinist Esther Abrami, and Spanish actress, model and LGBT activist Lola Rodriguez collectively headlined the panel discussion together with Susan G Komen, sharing their voices and passions all for a worthy cause.
“I’m extremely proud to welcome so many inspiring women at Zenith; they are showing the world that no dream is too big, and that if you set your eyes on a star and dedicate yourself with passion and integrity, you can reach it,” says Zenith CEO, Julien Tornare. “The Zenith Dreamhers exemplify women’s empowerment across countless fields, and we look forward to sharing their stories and inspiring other women to chase their dreams.”
