TISSOT’S ability to blend innovation with tradition shines through in the latest updates to its popular PRX and PR collections, reinforcing the brand’s longstanding connection to its heritage.

First introduced in 1978, the PRX made waves as it perfectly captured the design ethos of the era with its integrated bracelet and clean, minimalist aesthetic. Decades later, the continued success of the PRX highlights Tissot’s mastery in combining timeless style with contemporary sensibilities.

Building on this legacy, the modern PRX references are inspired by Tissot’s iconic Seastar, an integrated-bracelet sports watch from 1978 that embodied the era’s bold style. The latest iterations offer fresh, contemporary spins on this beloved classic.

From the captivating gradient dials to the cutting-edge forged carbon variant, each new release is a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship and innovation that have solidified Tissot’s reputation in Swiss watchmaking for over a century.

At the heart of the line-up are two PRX 40 Powermatic 80 variants flaunting striking gradient dials. Inspired by the dynamic yet elegant shifts of dawn and dusk, the 40 mm steel iterations feature a transition from ice blue or black to a metallic blue.

Bold yet refined, these designs are perfect for those who want an everyday watch that makes a statement.

If you’re after something more rugged, the high-tech PRX 40 Powermatic 80 Forged Carbon model is another standout. Its lightweight construction and one-of-a-kind carbon pattern create a tough yet stylish aesthetic, while the all-black look, complete with a rubber strap and matching date window, speaks to modern adventurers who value both form and function.

For fashion-forward couples, Tissot introduces an eye-catching matching pair – the PRX 40 and PRX 35 Powermatic 80. Offered in 40 mm and 35 mm, both steel models boast a trendy mint-green waffle dial that offers a refreshing pop of colour.

Water resistant up to 100 m, the five new automatic editions are equipped with the Powermatic 80, which boasts an impressive power reserve of 80 hours. The movement’s Nivachron balance spring enhances performance by reducing magnetic-field interference and can withstand the rigours of daily wear.

And if you have a taste for subtle elegance and a smaller wrist, Tissot welcomes two new 35 mm quartz versions to the PRX family – one with a luminous mother-of-pearl dial for a touch of glamour, and another with a brushed pink dial that lends a contemporary twist to the collection’s retro vibe.

    The race-ready PR516

Tissot taps into its rich archives once more with the launch of the new PR516 collection, a bold reimagining of one of its classic models from 1970. Embodying the high-octane thrill of motor racing, the PR516 is a style statement that effortlessly transitions from casual to formal occasions.

The collection’s standout 41 mm mechanical chronograph is powered by the Valjoux A05.291 movement that offers a remarkable 68-hour power reserve. This manual-winding timepiece with a black dial is made for the aficionado, with a see-through caseback revealing the intricate mechanics that drive its precision.

The PR516’s glassbox-style sapphire crystal further enhances its aesthetic, balancing vintage elegance with modern flair.

For those seeking a more accessible option, the PR516 is also offered in three 40 mm quartz chronograph iterations with blue or black dials that retain the same robust design. One distinct feature of the PR516 is the varying positioning of the counters between the mechanical and quartz models, offering subtle yet distinctive differences.

The tapered stainless-steel case of the PR516 merges vintage-inspired aesthetics with modern durability, while its trio of counters delivers essential timing functions. The tachymeter and pulsometer on the bezel offer precision for measuring speed and heart rate, making the watch ideal for adrenaline-charged pursuits. Whether you’re clocking laps on the racetrack or navigating the daily grind, the PR516 guarantees top-notch accuracy and performance.

The domed stainless-steel bracelet brings a touch of refinement and, with its quick-release interchangeable system, allows the wearer to transition from the racetrack to the boardroom without missing a beat. Equipped with SuperLumiNova-coated indices and baton hands, the PR516 guarantees enhanced visibility in all conditions, making it as dependable as it is stylish.
