Off paper, she's a wife and mother of four, mentor to young women, football enthusiast, history buff, sometime fashion model for her friends' projects, and lifelong learner pursuing an online course with the London School of Economics. Sceptics may think it's more surface than substance. But she has all the credentials - not to mention the impossibly hectic schedule - to prove it.
