Two companies in Singapore aim to take the guesswork out of your health routine by offering DNA tests that are used to create bespoke blends of supplements and exercise programmes.
Timothy Yeo, executive director at Fitlion, an online marketplace for health, fitness and wellness supplements and accessories, recently launched BioG Microtabs, which are 2mm micro-tablets made using pharmaceutical-grade and bioactive ingredients.
