Still think wine doesn't go with Asian food? Australian winemaker Wolf Blass aims to convince with a new campaign that sees Michelin-starred Asian chefs creating sauces specifically to match with their wines. Called 'Find Your Flavour', chefs from Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan underwent a 'crash course' in Wolf Blass Gold Label wines, and created recipes for Chu Chee curry, Masala, Taiwanese Basil Vinaigrette and Cantonese beef stew to match. Chefs taking part include Manjunath Mural from The Song of India; Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajohn from Le Du, Bangkok; Lam Ming Kin from Longtail and He Hong Pin of Da San Yuan - both in Taiwan. Their efforts are compiled into a microsite for home chefs to try their recipes and match them with the appropriate wines.
