SEVERAL hundred people, champagne flutes and cameras in hand, are gathered at the lobby of the luxurious Fullerton Bay Hotel in the heart of Singapore's financial district.
Many have been waiting well over an hour for the evening's VIP to arrive for the Tag Heuer function, but no one seems to mind.
