SPORTS brings people of diverse communities and socio-economic backgrounds together. And what better way for 21 young enthusiasts, between the ages of 13 and 18, to kick up a storm during the school holidays at the Mapletree Youth Futsal Camp on Nov 30 - and still have time to make new friends.
The event, held at the futsal courts of Mapletree Business City (MBC), is one of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to support youths at risk from Boys' Town affiliate, YouthReach, and Beyond Social Services, a Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO). They were joined by the children of tenants at Mapletree properties: MBC and PSA building.
