MAGNUS Bocker never doubted that the little Singapore Exchange (SGX) could be a giant among exchanges.
His unerring faith in that vision, and the actions that he took to try to get there, defined Mr Bocker for the six years that he was chief executive of SGX. But for those who knew him, Mr Bocker was also a visionary leader, a champion for the under-represented, a wronged man, and a friend.
