Bunching of AGMs in late April is unfair to investors
IT LOOKS like another disappointing company AGM season ahead this April for small shareholders.
Why disappointing? Because I do not see much improvement in the way meetings are being spaced out or the way small shareholders will be treated at the various meetings.
There are many unresolved issues. And SGX is not lifting too many fingers to do anything. Its CEO is leaving soon while its chief regulatory officer has been changed recently.
