Changes to SGX's regulatory rules need to be carried out consistently

YEAR 2018 is off to a flying start in regulatory terms. Just last week, we launched a consultation paper on Quarterly Reporting, and now we have the changes to the Corporate Governance (CG) Code. Many people have asked me whether the two are related, and I would like to take this opportunity to talk about how all these rules click together, how to make all these rules count, and how we need "carrots" to reward those who follow these rules.
