Cultivating a culture of individual accountability

I REFER to the article "Good governance is an imperative among charities as well" (BT, Oct 9).

We agree with Jeffery Tan that it is vital for charities to put in place good governance, transparency disclosure, as well as keeping open communication with all beneficiaries, stakeholders and donors.
