WHEN the story of the 2016 presidential campaign is written, historians would probably ponder the "What if?" scenario in which Republican candidate Donald Trump actually won (rather than lost) the presidential primary in Wisconsin on Tuesday.
On the eve of the Wisconsin primary, no one challenged the notion that with his huge lead over his main rival, Texas Senator Ted Cruz -- 736 to 505 delegates - the Donald was the undisputed Republican presidential frontrunner.
