HELPING companies digitise and invest in technology will likely form a key plank of the Singapore Budget 2020 to be announced on Feb 18.
Furthermore, given the expected slowdown in the Singapore economy, automation technology will rise in importance as companies strive to stay competitive with fewer resources.
The Singapore government has already taken a number of steps to both advance the cause of automation technology, deploy automation technologies within its own departments, and promote the up-skilling required among employees to ensure they are fully prepared for the future of automation.
