INDIAN Prime Minister Narendra Modi's second visit to the US, for the UN General Assembly session, was more about business and less about international relations.
Mr Modi did make a speech at the UN session and also met US President Barack Obama, but it was obvious that the focus was mainly on interactions with US business leaders to inform them of the changes that his government was making in India's economy.
Central to all this is the "Digital India" initiative which aims to usher India into an e-government regime where citizens will be able to access most government services online.
