The New Paper on Thursday had a two-page eye candy spread on kiddy perms and their celebrity mums, with blogger Xiaxue looking very ex-Machina.
Being the responsible tabloid, the paper provided sidebars that included "Are kiddy perms safe?" and "Local celeb parents say . . .".
