Singapore women could look towards pay parity by 2041

WOMEN enrolled in university right now could be the first generation to close the gender pay gap in Singapore. New research from Accenture reveals that women graduating in the Class of 2020 in developed countries could close the gap in 2044, well within their professional lifetimes.
In Singapore, women could look towards pay parity by 2041. They can do this by making key adjustments in how they acquire skills, which skills they acquire and how they manage their careers - along with critical support from government, business and academia.
