Those who oppose Trump run the gamut

SOME of my best friends are journalists who cover Washington. They are quite intelligent, hardworking, well-mannered (well, most of them), and very friendly.

But I can also assure you that none of my male friends among the Washington press corps will be selected as one of People magazine's list of Sexiest Men Alive. And my guess is that neither would the picture of any of my female professional colleagues be on the cover of Vogue anytime soon.
