Trump: A disruptor or an 'innovator'?

SO I HAVE these two Best Friends (BFs) in Washington whom I really trust when it comes to politics and policy. Like me, they are not ideologues, but are kind of politically centrist and very pragmatic on domestic and foreign policy issues.

And they have tended to vote across party lines, switching between Democrats and Republicans in elections as they consider each candidate's leadership qualities and policy positons.
