Xi-Modi summit may point way to new 'Pacific Asian century' - without America

    FOR all the global attention paid to the historic inter-Korean summit at Panmunjom, a less covered and informal summit over the same weekend is likely to be as consequential.

    Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met on April 27 and 28 at Chairman Mao Zedong's summer villa in Wuhan of Hubei province in central China to opt for a "reset" of the Sino-Indian relationship, which goes back for millennia.
