IN BECOMING part of PwC Singapore, one should strive to be "accretive" to the firm's value, says outgoing executive chairman Yeoh Oon Jin.
"I say this to every new partner that comes into the firm: 'Your role as a partner is to leave PwC a better firm than when you first joined it'."
Mr Yeoh is set to retire on June 30, after a 38-year career with PwC. Over the past eight years with him at the helm, PwC Singapore has become "quite a different firm", he says.
