Upskilling in the time of the pandemic

    DEMAND for training and courses aimed at upskilling has jumped over the year, as the pandemic forced both companies to redirect - and quickly - into digitalisation, and employees to rethink their capabilities and capacity. And there has been no shortage of education providers or programmes geared at learning in areas such as data science, software engineering, and user experience design.
