    OUR workforce has never been more varied, encompassing multi-generational, remote, hybrid, and freelance workers. Coupled with accelerating enterprise digitalisation and economic uncertainty, business leaders are navigating a time of paradox. 

    Increasingly, leaders are called upon to reconcile conflicting priorities, such as balancing performance expectations with employee well-being, or being a tech-savvy humanist while maintaining a globally-minded localist perspective.

    All these shifts got me thinking about how leadership styles must evolve, as the tumultuous state of the world demands more human connection and empowerment, fundamentally disrupting traditional leadership.
