Three ways to advance the EV industry in one year

THE verdict is in: the future is electric.
With the electric vehicle (EV) market projected to soar to global sales of US$34.7 million by 2030, industry analysts estimate that by 2040, electric cars will outsell internal combustion engine (ICE) units. Already, sales of EVs have gone up three-fold -- 9 per cent of all cars sold in 2021 were electric, compared to 2.5 per cent in 2019.
