Are all great leaders male? Don't take it at face value
I REFER to the Opinion piece in your May 4 edition entitled "Choosing the next CEO - it's in the face". In this Op-ed, the writer, an assistant professor at NTU Singapore, posits that CEOs must manage their physical presentation as stakeholders judge them on their facial cues.
Some parts of the article struck me (emphasis added is mine):
"One important tactic in repairing trust is to replace the chief executive officer (CEO), as HE is the look-to person for reshaping organisation values."
