According to statistics from the World Shipping Council, the world's top three shipping container ports, in terms of volume, are in Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. The remaining ports among the top 10 are all in China, with the exception of Busan (South Korea) and Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates.
