With US participation in TPP now dead, and TTIP apparently unravelling, attention is turning to what would happen to Nafta.

POLITICAL leaders in the Asia-Pacific and the Americas are reacting with concern to US president-elect Donald Trump's announcement that the United States will withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on the first day of his presidency.
With Mr Trump also critical of long-standing trade deals - such as the North America Free Trade Agreement (Nafta), plus proposed ones, such as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) - angst is growing globally about what his agenda means for the future of international trade.
