"BREXIT represents a significant downside risk and is an international issue that concerns the whole world."

There is now just over a month to go before June 23, the date of the referendum in the UK on whether Britain should remain in the European Union (EU) or leave. While the "remain" camp has a slight lead in the the latest polls, the margin is not high, and the verdict could still go either way.
