[SINGAPORE] Some 3,139 new flats across five estates have been launched in the Housing and Development Board's first build-to-order (BTO) exercise of the new year.
The flats made available yesterday are spread across six projects in the non-mature estates of Bukit Batok, Jurong West, Punggol and Woodlands and the mature estate of Serangoon.
"The BTO flats are expected to be fairly well received," said Ong Kah Seng, director at R'ST Research, despite a continued moderation in resale flat prices and a falling cash-over-valuation premium.
