334 Marina One Residences units sold in October at S$2,228 psf median price: URA data
THE developers of Marina One Residences sold 334 units in the project in October at a median price of S$2,228 per square foot (psf).
The units were sold at prices ranging from S$1,964 psf to S$2,759 psf.
This information is in the October developers' housing sales data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Monday. The data also showed that as at end-October, 335 units had been cumulatively sold in the 99-year leasehold condo.
A total of 401 units had been cumulatively launched in the 1,042-unit project as at end-October.
