Academic joins DTZ as head of Singapore research
DTZ has appointed Lee Nai Jia as associate director and head of Singapore research.
Dr Lee, who holds a PhD in urban and regional planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, joined the firm on Dec 18. Prior to that, he was an assistant professor at National University of Singapore's School of Design and Environment, Department of Real Estate.
The 38-year-old replaces Lee Lay Keng, who left the firm at the end of November to join Alpha Investment Partners as vice-president of research. Her predecessor at DTZ, Chua Chor Hoon, is research director at Alpha, which is the property fund management arm of Keppel Land.
