AN ENTITY linked to ARA Asset Management is said to be in advanced negotiations for the purchase of Manulife Centre in Bras Basah Road.
This is after the exclusive due diligence period granted by the vendors to a potential buyer, British property group Chelsfield, lapsed early last month without a deal being sealed.
