Asia leads world in value of building spats

ASIA has the world's most expensive construction disputes, averaging a value of US$86 million, said Arcadis, a global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm.
The region's average dispute value in 2014 shot up more than 104 per cent from the previous year, and is nearly thrice that of North America.
