PROPERTY investors from around the world currently have the opportunity to purchase apartments and houses in London and the rest of the UK at relatively bargain prices.
The UK Land Registry index has calculated that average traded London property prices have fallen by 15 per cent since 2015. On June 2019 estimates, the UK average is down by 11 per cent.
