BILLIONAIRE investor Bill Gates and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud are seeking to sell Toronto's landmark Four Seasons Hotel for almost C$1 million (S$1.06 million) a room in what would be the highest price for a hotel in Canada, according to people familiar with the matter.

Kingdom Holding Co, owned by the Saudi prince, and Cascade Investment, a vehicle controlled by Microsoft Corp co-founder Mr Gates, put the property on the market this year, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private. The sellers are targeting as much as C$250 million, the people said.
