PROPERTY developer Bukit Sembawang Estates sold 25 of its 39 remaining units in its landed development Luxus Hills (Contemporary Collection) at an average selling price of S$2,060 per square foot (psf).
Amid the Covid-19 virus outbreak, the developer offered a limited release of the final phase of its 999-year leasehold development at the Seletar Hills estate via private previews.
