Buyers snap up 25 units of Luxus Hills landed development
Strong sales lead Bukit Sembawang Estates to end previews, close showhouses and pace out release of remaining inventory

PROPERTY developer Bukit Sembawang Estates sold 25 of its 39 remaining units in its landed development Luxus Hills (Contemporary Collection) at an average selling price of S$2,060 per square foot (psf).
Amid the Covid-19 virus outbreak, the developer offered a limited release of the final phase of its 999-year leasehold development at the Seletar Hills estate via private previews.
