CapitaLand launches 2030 Sustainability Master Plan

Its targets include tripling sustainable finance portfolio and significant reduction in carbon emissions

CAPITALAND has launched its first Sustainability Master Plan, which charts out its targets and plans for the decade ahead, including tripling its sustainable finance portfolio to S$6 billion and reducing carbon emissions significantly.

The 2030 Master Plan centres around three major themes to advance its sustainability efforts in relation to areas such as the environment, social and governance (ESG). The themes are building portfolio resilience and resource efficiency; facilitating future adaptive communities; and accelerating innovation in sustainability.
